1. Consultation and Assessment
We’ll meet on site, so you can walk us through your vision. This will be a good opportunity for us to assess the environment and better map out any unique requirements.

2. Design and Specification
Having had an initial consultation, we assess all design specifications required from the project. We will also work closely with you and present a variety of product options in line with the project brief.

3. Estimating and Quotation
We’re honest, clear and transparent. That means no hidden costs!

4. Sample Submission and Product Approvals
Together with you, we review samples and any personalized aspects of the project. In the meantime, we’ll also obtain any of the required approvals.

5. Safety
We submit Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)

6. Project Management
Some projects take a day. Others, a year. Regardless of timeframe, we will work closely with you throughout the entire engagement and ensure that the project runs smoothly. Open communication is key.

7. Installation
We apply our experience in electrical services to deliver a quality product and experience.

8. Handover
We deliver the finished product defect free and then take clients through any care and maintenance documents. During this time, we also submit warranty documentation where required.
